My understanding was this hotel was taken over by the Mercure group (via a franchise) in December 2023 so ignore any reviews prior to that. I liked the hotel, staff were very professional, warm and helpful. Room (deluxe suite) was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. To conclude, I can recommend this hotel. Excellent location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this amazing hotel which is centrally located on Vlaicu Pârcălab Street in the heart of Chisinău and within walking distance of the capital’s main attractions. The attention to detail and beautiful decor in the main public areas as well as the guest rooms was outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most welcoming and hospitable staff at the reception desk. Their warmth and friendliness made me feel instantly at home. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my first visit to Chisinău was perfect. Whether it was offering helpful local recommendations or simply sharing a genuine smile, their hospitality was truly outstanding. I can't thank them enough for making my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du Parlement , de la grande place et des commerces. Très bien entretenu. Très. Propre. Chambres spacieuses. Salle de bain très propre et un kit beauté est fourni. Je recommande. Seul bémol : petit déjeuner restreint mais suffisant.

Я вчера заселилась в отель и сегодня уехала. И после моему молодому человеку предъявили штраф за курение в номере. У меня вопрос как такое может быть если в номере никто не курил. С чего в друг ему выписали штраф???
