The room is clean, but it is strange that there is a hair dryer, which by default does not work. It feels like this is just a design decision. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Nice bed, large room, coffee shop around the corner. Other than that a pretty bad experience: lobby and breakfast room had windows and curtains closed 24/7 making it a depressing and musty smelling place. No one among the staff other than Christina speaks a word of English or had a clue about what working in a hotel entails in terms of service and attitude. The safe in the room didn't work and when asked to repair/replace the safe, nothing was done about it; the room was not cleaned other than a quick whipe in the bathroom, sheets were not replaced. When asked via google translate for laundry to be done (amenity according the website) I was told I could find the iron on the second floor if I wanted my clothes ironed. Second time around the laundry machine was "broken". The front door of the hotel is locked overnight and I had to look for staff in the kitchen to open the door every morning when going for a morning run. There would be no water for 1/2 hr in the morning but this could have been beyond the control of the hotel. The positive reviews of this hotel date from several years back. Management of this hotel has either no clue and/or lacks any incentive to get/train a team and services that put clients and their hotel experience central. Unacceptable for the price that we paid so we moved to another hotel downtown that was EUR20 cheaper and much better.

Run by young women who speak no English and have no interest in helping clients. No laundry service although the advert states there is. Locked out of hotel on a Saturday afternoon - no response to tapping on window, calling on phone and looking around building to find another way in. When the women arrived she did not apologise and looked positively bored to be disturbed. Breakfast ok but same everyday, rubbery eggs, tinned sausages and broccoli as the hot items! Rooms cleaned everyday but I had to ask on three successive days for my bed to be made. Floor carpeted but never vacuumed whilst I was there. Very expensive and not worth the price I would not recommend

Comfortable beds, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, quiet, despite the proximity to the city center. McDonald's is also nearby, so convenient when you're looking for a late night dinner and don't know the local restaurants. The perfect welcome from the owners and the perfect continental breakfast: salty and sweet. We really liked it.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, 15 minutes by taxi, and public transport is also within walking distance. Cozy hotel, room matches the photos, everything is clean, very comfortable bed. I really liked the breakfast, everything was delicious.
