Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room.
Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves.
Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage.
Staff not particularly helpful."

"Hotel is nice. Reception is perfect. Only 1 problem is the security guard.
Some context: I am solo traveler who goes out at night to go to clubs. The hotel has the security guard who is an old guy. He is good and chill. But he will not open the door after 11:59 pm. This was not written anywhere until I arrived. This is a nightmare. Imagine going out at night, chilling with my friends because it's my holiday and I have to wait till 8 am to open the door. He just locks the door and refuses to open it. If you try to open it yourself, he is going to literally fight and kill you even tho you are"

No. 10 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Moldova"A nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a large bed, crisp white linens, a minibar, a coffee machine, and many other amenities. The only downside was that the shower had cold water instead of hot. Fortunately, they resolved this issue within 10-15 minutes.
The staff was polite and promptly attended to all our requests. There are coffee shops and parks near the hotel for strolls."

The bus stop for the airport bus (number 30, payable with Visa/MasterCard) is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient, and my room is clean and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, bathrobe, small kettle, etc are provided in the room. WiFi is fast and stable in my room. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausages, bacon, pancake, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc. In summary I had a pleasant stay."
