"Thanks to the reservation I made by Trip.com, when I arrived at the hotel, it was 30 minutes. I had to wait. When I entered the room, I wanted to drink something from the mini bar and the cupboard was not working. Then I wanted to turn on the TV, but the batteries of the remote were left in my hand. In short, the location is good, the breakfast is good, but unfortunately the staff and service are very poor."

No safe in the room but, for me, the really annoying breakfast arrangement with the restaurant across the street was the main disappointment issue: only one coffee/tea serving included, the second will be a rip off, be aware!"

"I stayed here 3 nights this week as part of a group. Supposedly a 4-star hotel (per Moldovan rating). Good: rooms were clean and had basics (AC, minifridge, TV, hair dryer). Breakfast was varied and food quality was good. Bad: TV was in Russian, phone dead, no one answered reception calls, had to fix it myself with Google Lens. No cable channels on our floor (only upstairs), and the receptionist was rude ("don’t you have a smart TV at home?"). Other guests had the same issue. Bigger problem: no drinking water at breakfast. One receptionist spoke only Russian, another promised a jug for next day but nothing came. The same rude guy from 1st day told me to put bottled water in the fridge and "wait for it to get cold". Only solution was a group member bringing water from our floor’s dispenser. The 3rd day, still no drinking water. Conclusion: poor service, unhelpful reception, and zero care for customer experience. I would not return here even if it was free. I do not recommend it if you like to drink cold water at breakfast."

"Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!"

"My friend and I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with 2 separate bathrooms (one for each room). The room itself was clean and comfortable, but it didn't have any special decorations or luxurious touches to it. Reception staff were nice and helpful. There was a small pool which you could hire for a specific amount of time which we used once during our stay. For breakfast, you were required to cross the road and use the cafe across the road. For breakfast you were allowed a hot drink (coffee or tea) and one cooked item off the breakfast menu. The food was really good. However, my friend wanted a juice instead of a hot drink and this was an additional cost. The breakfast suited me, but it wouldn't suit people who wanted a massive buffet breakfast or who were in a rush as it was a sit-down service breakfast. The hotel isn't in the most central part of Chisinau, but it was only a short to moderate walk to get to the tourist attractions. Overall, a good hotel, I would give 4 stars."
