I stayed one night in this hotel. Had to carry my bag all the way to the floor 3 since hotel has no left and no one to help. Big room, good Wifi.
Water heater is there to make coffee but the funny thing is that there is no water, no tea no coffee.
Seems you have to buy everything yourself. I asked the receptionist, her answer was this is cheap hotel and if you need better service go to other expensive hotel. TV is only on the wall but never work. Again receptionist will bring something to fix the TV after | leave. Breakfast is too late, had a little so as to catch my car to the airport.
Overall, average experience. Only good is the location and WiFi.

We booked the hotel a couple of days in advance and paid via the app. As a result, when we arrived, we were offered 1 double bed, although the voucher indicated 2. Other visitors faced the same problem that day. That is, to solve the problem that the hotel management created , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! The advantage of the hotel is that it has inexpensive, neat rooms and polite staff. The big downside is the stairs, that is, if you have a suitcase and not a backpack, then get ready to carry it yourself without an elevator. Thank you a huge thank you to the boy Sabin, who carried this suitcase for us on the first day to three different rooms and to all floors until the administrator finally got ahead of us with a room (apparently the director did not give the go-ahead) with 2 separate beds as was reserved and paid for. The rooms have carpets, but are they necessary? But the TV didn’t work. It turned on, but didn’t show the channels, thanks, there’s free internet... or whatever... And don’t forget to warn the taxi drivers that there is a high curb in front of the hotel entrance, otherwise they’ll scratch the door. I really liked the breakfast and the service itself food. Nourishing and tasty. Overall a mixed impression

A shame for Chisinau! I would rather burn that location. A dirty place with bugs in the rooms and smell of old building. I don’t understand why booking is not closing them. The pictures are from another location. That place is a bad joke Breakfast was not available even it was in the offer.

My leg was twisted, it was so swollen. I was looking for an apartment with a bath (not a shower). I made a subscription and walked about 2km to this horrible hotel. I was shocked by what I saw in the room (see attached photos). They are frauds. When I booked the room, the photos of the chosen option were completely different (the last 2 photos). I couldn't stay there, but how? If my foot is swollen, and I have to put on my sneakers when I get out of the shower, because they don't give me a mat or slippers! There, it is scary to stand on this rotten tile with fungus and the carpet in the room, which is covered with dried swamp, garbage, crumbs and stains. The money was not returned to me! I tried talking to the managers - and everyone spits on you here. They are a disgrace to Moldova and Chisinau of the highest brand. I'm disappointed with Chisinau in general, because many people take a subscription and post unrealistic photos. The hotel market of Moldova is a shame. I will never return to this country again. Stay away from them! Do not even spend your time and energy on them. It is hard to find good apartments in Chisinau, especially clean because most of them use to live like that, but a God with you, I hope your travel will be okay, nevertheless.

I have never seen a more dirty and terrible hotel! They moved us into some room in the yard where there was a garbage dump. They asked us to change the room, told us to wait, a few hours later we were told that there were no other rooms, the money was not being returned. We explained that there was a “horrible” smell and dirt there, to which we were told “the other rooms are no better.” There were no towels in the room, nor toilet paper, it felt like they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened, the air conditioning didn’t work, the shower was so dirty that you didn’t even want to bathe, the toilet was shaking in different directions, the cabinets were broken! Not to mention the availability of personal hygiene products! There were mugs and a tray in the room, sticky and unwashed, I don’t know from what year! Is it so difficult to clean? This hotel doesn't even deserve one!
