Clean, function and good location with 5 mins walk to the visitor center. Some nearby eatery for dinner. We could not find a coffee place since this is the mountain, and the coffee culture is not very strong there. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. We had to leave early at 7am, too early for their breakfast. He took the liberty to buy some breads and snacks for us to take away. Excellent service.

The hotel is located just right next to the tourist center, very convenient to visit the park. There is a little kitty welcome you there. Inside of the room is expectable but outside needs some improvement.

Room is nice. Has pretty much every necessary things. Some cleanliness can be improved as the chair's cushion look quite dirty.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Location is next to the visitor center with lots of eateries nearby. We had BBQ in tents that is 1 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is also delicious. Staff is very helpful and responsive.

The rooms were very clean and looked nice.
The front desk staff were very nice and also spoke decent English. I loved their pets too ☺️
If I ever visited fairy mountain again I would stay here.

Very nice place, clean & big room, and friendly staff. When I asked where can I buy a beer, the staff recommended the shop and then took snacks and beer for us! The hotel is very close to the Tourist center for buying tickets to Wulong Three National Park. Walk just 5 mins. Appreciate them for all!!

Very big room, had great service too and the lobby had a dog and a cat which we found very cute!! It was a shame that the air conditioner could not warm the whole room up enough and we were very cold, however it can also be because we are not accustomed to the cold weather. Overall very nice stay and enjoyed my time there greatly!!

Used this hotel as we heard that other hotels in town is quite bad
Do get a better hotel and opt out of the travel package for the night as normally they give you a very bad room that even locals won't want to stay

Very convenient located right at beside the Visitor Centre. Room is very spacious and modern, and very comfortable to stay in. There is dry and wet separation bathroom.
