"the hotel, its surroundings and our room is extremely clean with daily housekeeping service provided. we were also greeted with a complete set of amenities including comb, shaving kit and vanity kit. the water bottles are also replenished daily as we requested for housekeeping. in terms of location, the hotel is certainly near to the metro, within a 3 minutes' walk for us and it is situated in a place with many malls and shopping centres. however, one thing you have to note is the traffic conditions as roads are notoriously packed. we also heard honking sounds from our room but not a matter of concern for us. the service is 10/10 for us from the friendly receptionists to the warm housekeeper, they all made us feel at home. the receptionists also went an extra mile by bringing us to our room and helped me to find my shopping parcels."
