also room says no smoking but got exhaust hood for smokers??? confusing.

I booked a 4 persons room. They provided a two persons room and said what I see on my APP was incorrect. The room booked was supposed to be a city view. We could hardly see out of the window, which was a view of the building in front. Only one elevator was in use, you have to wait a long time for it. Floor two is a construction site and they are using the elevator to load and unload. The elevators lights do not always work. There is no safety and anyone can access hotel rooms, we had ********** cards left under our door. We had no running water for one of our days stay. There was a bad smell for the entire stay (smelt like wet dog). The bed side lights were broken and would flash throughout the night.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative but rooms are a bit noisy due to lack of sound proofing.

The hotel room is equipped with AI control system but the corridor is dark and smelly. Guess it is due to the construction and ventilation issues. Hope it can be improved.

I came to Chongqing alone during the Qingming Festival. The air conditioner was turned on by myself at midnight every day. God knows how scared I was. I need a quiet room. The night snack stall downstairs is very lively. The surrounding area is shabby and the safety is low. The elevator can go up at will, and the takeaway can be delivered directly to the door. There are many rooms on one floor, and the room is relatively new.
