Location good, service was amazing (Vicky), and they helped to receive our taobao parcels, but aircon was not working and we had to ask to move rooms on our last night which they kindly accommodated. Told them the night before and the service staff couldn’t really fix it - just told us to close the window although it was colder outside. Hairdryer was not great (need to press and hold for it to work).

The location is good.. there are quite a few hotels in the same building, so during peak hours, you may have to wait slightly longer for the lift.

房間小了一點，雖然是家庭房。700多一個晚上，四人入住，但是早餐衹提供兩份。顯然這裏不太合理。要收58/位的早餐費用，工作人員態度都還不錯，然後酒店送了4張對面131，56樓的體驗券。早飯品種也還可以的，種類豐富。
