Location and staff serviced are good. Wl be good to have some teabaga in the room for guess.

By far exceeded our expectations, clean building and rooms (good bedding, nice shower and amenities privided), great facilities (awesome place to rest and have some free tea and coffee + robot to deliver anything ordered), BEST POINT ARE THE STAFF. As non chinese speakers we were helped by the staff 100% as we faced some issues ordering some packages on Taobao. The 2 girls at the front desk helped us without hesitation! First time in our many travels that we have felt so helped that we showed our appreciation by providing to each of the front desk ladies some gifts. Definitely recommend this hotel!

A clean and nice hotel with very friendly staff especially the front desk staff. They were ever willing to help with good local knowledge. We stayed at the 3rd floor where sitting facilities has a very tranquil ambience. However, guests should not be allowed to make there as it is an enclosed area.

Front desk all the lady are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean but the room have a kind of smell inside. Location is good near the shencheng rounded a lot of good food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Chongqing! The pillows were incredibly comfortable—I loved them so much that I ended up purchasing them with the help of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase and even made the process so easy. The service was outstanding, as they responded promptly to all my requests no matter the time. Highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Overall, the experience was great. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They even help us with navigations within the city. The rooms are clean. Though would prefer the limit the communal spaces to non-smoking area as the smoke can be quite distracting when passing by.
