The room on the first day. The front desk said that we were upgraded to a superior king-size bed room, but the room only had a bed. There was not even a stool or a table. It was not the advertised 25 square meters at all. The room was super small. But the hygiene was ok. The next day, I begged and finally got a slightly bigger room. But the hygiene was terrible. There were stains on the quilt. Not sure if it was hot pot oil or foundation liquid, and there were a lot of small black particles on the sheets. I felt super itchy all over when I slept. I couldn't stand it anymore and checked out at around 3 a.m. to find a new hotel. After I complained to Ctrip, the hotel only refunded half of my room fee for the second night. There was no apology, and no inquiry for the details. This behavior is really speechless 🙄

The hotel is located on Nanbin Road in Chongqing, overlooking the Jiefangbei River. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the bathroom is large. It is so comfortable. Their bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, and the front desk service is very considerate. I will choose their hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Chongqing in the future. At night, there was a small problem with the air conditioning operation, and their staff handled it in time, which was very heartwarming. Worth recommending!

I called the hotel and it turned out that we found the wrong place. There was a parking space downstairs. The lady took the initiative to heat it up in the microwave for me and sent it to my room! But the room was very hygienic and clean! I will come back to this hotel unlimited times when I come to Chongqing in the future!
