Great location with a nice view. Convenient metro basically at the doorstep and the staff were very helpful (quick check in and helped with bags when late for our train). All around can recommend for staying in Chongqing.

Central location, right opposite raffles city chongqing. Only con was the limited availability of washing machines, which you have to contact the staff to help with and the waiting time can take up to 1.5 days. Twin room was very big but bathroom was small. Overall would recommend if you don’t need to use the washing machine.

The best hotel during my 16 days in China! It is literally in front of Raffles City, surrounded by malls, restaurants, and a Lawson just next to the building. Very close to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. The hotel is new, spacious room, and the best part is the toilet has bidets!!! A very essential thing for someone from Indonesia like me.The staffs are excellent with great service too! Will stay again for sure if I visit Chong Qing. If you’re from Indonesia, trust me this is your BEST choice!

The location is very good. MRT Chaotienmen, opp from the Raffle city. Room is clean, staff is very helpful. They don’t provide coffee in room but offer free laundry. After check in, you have to scan “we chat” add friend with them which help you to communicate with the front desk staff anytime you wish.

It was a great stay in this hotel! All the girls at the reception were lovely! So kind and available, they provided everything we needed. The position was great! Right in front of the raffles!

The staffs were nice and helpful. Everyone was smiling and willing to help. The view of the loft was stunning both in the morning and night. Really nice stay!

Location of hotel is ideal. Staffs at reception are friendly. Room cleaning does not include changing of bed sheets and pillows cases for the 4 nights of stay. Only 2 lifts are designated for the hotel and waiting can be frustrating.
