Four Points By Sheraton Chongqing North Railway Station

Dissatisfied. The coffee spoon was a cheap, low-quality metal piece, not to mention it wasn't cleaned at all. There were suspicious stains on the handle (see photo for proof). I strongly advise anyone who uses the tableware in the room with caution!!! The shower door is designed to be inconvenient. After showering, you have to exit the shower room and open the door to get your towel. The shower door clearly opens in the other direction. Aren't they worried about guests slipping? There are a lot of guest rooms, but only two elevators. I went from the 15th floor down to the 2nd floor for my meal, and it stopped seven times. I strongly recommend that anyone who comes in leave early to give the elevator 10-15 minutes!!! Service? There was some service, but it wasn't much. It was businesslike, like stepping back in time 30 years ago. There's not much space in front of the entrance. It's a one-way street with a roundabout, making it difficult for two cars to pass each other. I don't understand. Wouldn't it be better to make it easier for guests to get in and out? The price shows the brand, but it's hard to tell elsewhere. PS: The small noodles for breakfast tasted pretty good, not spicy.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the room design is modern and well-equipped, and the soft bedding makes people sleep well all night.
