Great, spacious place to stay! Do keep in mind that there is no gym currently (due to renovations), there is no microwave or kitchen equipment and in order to get into the building you have to send a message via WeChat to have the door opened - which luckily always worked within a couple of minutes. Very friendly and responsive lady that let us in! Clean apartment and great location, close to the old town.

The room is right next to the Eighteen Ladders, the location is good, and the community environment is good. The river view room can see the Jialing River. It is quite smart, and the projection for children is very good for watching cartoons. It is very convenient to check in. We often go to Chongqing, so we have been to many attractions. Parking is also convenient. (Two comments: 1. The mattress is too soft 2. The formaldehyde smell is still strong)

The room is very new and has a refrigerator, washing machine and so on. The access control is a bit strict, but I feel safe and the community is quiet and not noisy. Be sure to contact the butler in advance and enter and exit through the exclusive channel. If you go directly by yourself, you may not find the entrance. Downstairs is the Eighteen Ladders Scenic Area and the Mountain City Trail. It is very close to the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongyadong, with convenient transportation and inexpensive parking. The store owner recommended some delicious and fun places, and this trip was very pleasant.

The room was nice, the front desk guy was very welcoming, and he would proactively solve any problems we had. However, there was one thing that was very unsatisfactory. It was almost 4 o'clock that day, and the room had not been cleaned yet. We put our luggage in the refrigerator first, and the cleaning lady took it away without asking. When we checked out that day, the refrigerator was empty. We contacted the front desk, but it has not been dealt with yet. The elderly person was very angry.
