Facilities: Overall, the facilities are very complete and new, including a restaurant, a computer room, and a laundry room.
Service: The lady is very enthusiastic, the service is very thoughtful, and the check-in process is also very fast and efficient.
Location: Opposite is Chongqing Medical University, and next to it is Yuanjiagang subway station. There are many delicious snacks on the overpass, and it is very crowded.

入住這家酒店是我入住得最滿意的一次酒店，1、服務態度好，2、設施齊全，房間乾淨又衞生，3、周邊交通便利，附近就是龍湖時代天街各式各樣的美食都有，下次依然選擇這家iu酒店入住

説實話，酒店建築相當老舊了，空間也很小，淋浴間甚至很難轉身，洗手間是異形的，洗臉水會流的到處都是。
但前台小姐姐們的服務態度特別好，入住還送了甜品，房間四件套也很乾凈，空調非常給力，重慶最近氣温高，全靠空調續命了！
酒店可以停車，但不是很方便拿東西，不過有地方停車就不錯了～
周圍交通很方便，出門不遠就是重慶龍湖時代天街，應有盡有！

洗澡，剛洗了幾分鐘發現地漏根本不排水，水都快漫出廁所了，衹有先聯繫前台，維修師傅前前後後幾十分鐘也算是搞定了，總算是可以好好洗澡休息吧
最最讓人受不了的是，第二天拉個粑粑，哇～馬桶根本沖不下去，心想怎麼馬桶又堵住了呀，真的破防，看着黃黃的水越漫越高，屁股大危機不知如何是好，整挺尷尬的反正……

交通便利，服務態度也很好，前台妹妹和弟弟服務態度都超級棒，周邊也有很多美食，龍湖時代天街就在附近，床品也非常乾淨衞生，激勵推薦這家iu品牌酒店

實際房間和我訂的房的廣告圖根本不符合，前台態度還算很好,週末沒房了給換了套房，但是套房洗衣服很麻煩，我們去的那天10度左右，那個廁所的排氣扇是沒安裝的，風在那個口吹進去，一邊洗澡一邊吃北風，雖然第二天換回去主樓那邊，但第一天體驗真的很糟糕
