Firstly, we hardly found the location of the hotel because it’s quite hard to find as it located beside the big building. Moreover as we enter the reception area, a girl who take charge for giving the room key and checking for our information doing her job quite slow. Nevertheless she is so nice and kindhearted as we ask for the direction of street market she is ready to help. I have booked for 2 rooms, one is mine and other is my parents. Our rooms are at fifth floor, my parent’s room was totally fine and clear, whereas my room is full of smoky odor that might left by the previous renters. All in all, the place was fine and there were snack and readymade noodle selling at the reception area. This hotel cost 380 baht per room, which comparatively good price that accommodates with enough goods. The beds are big that can easily occupy two people. Moreover, the hotel offer the drop off service to the Jiangbei international airport as well but you need to inform the reception 24 hours before the date of service. It so easy for us using this service as we need to reach airport around 5 am and car is ready since 4 am itself. In conclusion, this hotel is recommended.

I had to wait about 30 minutes for the man trying to register to check in, and he just made me standing with my backpack still on my back. Pickup driver is very rude, and I had to wait very long, even hotel is not far away, on top of that, I called so many times 2 phone numbers but no one picked up, had to try again and again after 15 minutes later then someone answered, and wait for another 30 minutes before driver called me. The photos of hotel are completely fake look very beautifully touched up with Photoshop editing making everything look so brand new, but the real front and inside hotel are all very old. Heater didn't work well, I had to put in my outdoor jacket to sleep because so cold. I had to pay for 2 bottles of water. No toilet paper. And everyone has to climb up very wet and slippery steps dangerously high steps no hand rail before can get into hotel. Even inside hotel to get to the lift dangerous slippery high slop step to get into the lift.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a highway nearby. The room is large and the bed is clean. The bathroom is separated from the shower room and there is a smell of urine. The service is very poor. No one greeted me after entering the hotel. A man was playing computer games at the front desk. I said I was staying here. After registering, he asked me to sign an anti-fraud agreement, saying it was required by the Public Security Bureau. I said I was not interested and that I could just call the police if there was any crime. He grumbled with me for a few minutes, and then quarreled with the man for a while, and I didn't sign it! The service is so poor that I am very angry about staying here...
