To be honest, I was not satisfied with the room when I first entered it. Just because there was a hair on the sink, I doubted the cleanliness of the entire room. So I submitted an online request to change the six-night order to two nights. Things took a turn from here: first, the hotel staff called me and said that I could stay for only two nights, change rooms, and have them cleaned again. Their attitude was very sincere. I said please help me clean the room well. In the next five days, the cleanliness was visibly improved, especially on two nights, when a young-looking girl cleaned particularly seriously. The hotel front desk was also very welcoming when I checked out. I will consider staying here again when I come to Rongchang to visit relatives next time. By the way, the hotel is located in a good location, and it is especially convenient to order takeaway coffee. Starbucks is right at your feet.

The hotel is located in the courtyard, high-end and atmospheric! The room is spacious, the bathroom layout is reasonable, and the bathtub is the main reason for my stay. After a long day of trekking, taking a hot bath is quite pleasant! The front desk receptionist is enthusiastic. Some floors of the hotel are under renovation, and there may be noise impacts, which are also informed. Honest! If there is any shortcoming, it is that there is no paper box for paper towels, no shoe cloth..., small details can also be improved.

The service and hygiene of the hotel are really disappointing. When I checked into the hotel at 8pm, the front desk couldn't find the room I booked. I didn't know what happened. I waited on site for more than five minutes and finally changed my bed to a big bed. I checked in smoothly and arrived at the hotel. When I changed my shoes in the room, I found that there were no disposable slippers in the room, so I called the front desk to bring them to me. I was going to take a bath at noon the next day, and I was shocked by the water released from the bathtub. This happened twice.

The room I booked for my colleague is very close to his workplace and the surrounding area is also very convenient for travel. I hope my colleague can live comfortably. I will arrange for him to try staying here next time I have the chance.

It's a bit old, but the room is quite big. It should be considered the best hotel in the area.
