The view from our room was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great stay!

Very nice room with a beautiful view and very well appointed. There are a few snacks and coffee and tea as well as a bottle of wine.
Disappointed the telescope did not work as I was looking forward to checking out the beautiful skyline.
It would also be great if the staff was able to show how some of the features of the room worked or if they left a manual for the projector etc. Even the lady at the desk could not help figure it out as she was probably new.

Very nice room, good views. Bath was really good, enjoyed spending night here. Receptionist doesn't speak English, but explained everything using translator.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, and they provide 5 pillows 😄 making the bed more comfy.
They also provide free laundry~ which saves me a lot of time.

the view from the room was really pretty! staff were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. the free daily laundry service was very useful but clothes did return with very strong laundry detergent smell - think they were not dried thoroughly enough. i’m very particular about cleanliness and besides the more worn out walls/ wood furnishings, the room was relatively clean. towels were clean. am satisfied with my stay here though price wise, not really value for money during peak season.

An amazing hotel to stay in, right outside Xiaoshizi subway station, very convenient to go around the whole place. Around 15 mins walk from the famous Hongya cave and the bridge view. Value for money. Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite 😊

Great location, great view of the city, very friendly and welcoming reception staff, spacious rooms with nice style, the whole hotel is on the 34th floor of a well known tower in the city center, you will have no problem giving the address to a taxi driver to get there, the elevators can be crowded during peak times of the day but it wasn't a problem for me.

Very good in every aspect. The staff is super kind and helpful, the atmosphere feels cozy, like stepping into a family run hotel. The ladies at the reception even did laundry for us. The location is also right in the center of Chongqing, and there is a metro station just downstairs. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city, and one can even open the windows to leave in fresh air. I cannot recommend staying here strongly enough. Out of 8 hotels I stayed at in China, this was by far my favorite one. Only small downside is that there are only two lifts serving this floor and sometimes one has to wait a minute or two for the lift to come.
