1. The boss' attitude is OK.
2. The soundproofing is very poor. I was woken up by the noise from the corridor every hour that night... Someone checked in at around 4 o'clock, and the noise was loud. (I could hear it clearly in the room even when checking in at the front desk) I could even hear the sound of the water heater in another room. The whole environment was like a single room isolated from myself.
