首先地理位置好。從江北機場T3坐10號線到七星崗，出4C口走50米就是酒店。
七星崗也有一號線，可直接去朝天門和磁器口古鎮。從這裏去解放碑、洪崖洞、十八街等熱門景點衹有兩站地。
其次，酒店設施齊全，有一次性毛巾和馬桶坐墊。
房間大，乾淨敞亮。隔音效果不錯，電梯上下快捷。感覺比其他城市的星級酒店都舒適。
最主要的是前台服務熱情周到。因為我們是晚上到重慶，怕可心的房間沒有了。白天就跟前台服務員小李聯繫，想請她預留一間安靜的房間。
晚上進酒店後發現房間不僅大，而且遠離喧囂，住着很可心。跟前台服務員妹妹們聊起來這些，她們説這都是應該的呀，服務好客人是我們的職責。

讓我很失望的是，我訂的房間，根本就沒有這麼大的窗，也沒那麼大的空間而且又特別小，特別擁擠，還説適合兩個人圖片上的是網絡上圖片，我們自己現實中去的，他給我安排的房間是這樣，我都懷疑我住錯地方，太假了

#衞生房間乾淨衞生，酒店好貼心還提供免費的一次性馬桶墊和一次性毛巾，好多酒店都不配備這兩個。住了幾天也會有打掃的孃孃來問是否需要添東西，隨時跟她們説，提前告知不需要打掃房間也不會來打擾。#服務前台的兩個小姐姐都很貼心，很熱情，態度很好。辦理入住的時候很温柔，説有什麼事情隨時來前台，24小時都有人在前台。#位置交通出門就是地鐵站和公交車站，特別方便！下次來重慶還會選擇這家的，位置好到哪裡都很方便～晚上的飛機，前台小姐姐説可以把行李放在酒店，晚上出發前拿走就好～

極不愉快的一次入住體驗，滿屋子油煙，洗完澡出來嗆**了，把我乾淨的衣服都弄臭了，床上遺留有頭髮，反應給前台，回覆呵呵！房間的窗簾也遮不嚴實，早上很早就反光了。
第二天生病發燒嚴重，一天沒吃東西沒出門，無奈又敍住，找不到電話，在定單上找到了，下午找他多要兩瓶水，回覆每天兩瓶，還跟我説了兩次。
這是我點評文字最多的一次，實在是心寒，極沒有人性化服務，病好了走人，決無二次入住。
