The city has become a popular internet celebrity, but the supporting facilities are not up to par. The Vienna hotel I stayed in was the worst of all the hotels I have stayed in. The curtains were broken, the floor was so dirty that it was unbearable to look at, and the window sills were broken. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk that we had children and needed a quieter room, but they ignored me. One of the two rooms had a rumbling sound from a truck convoy in the middle of the night, and the other room had an air conditioner that sounded like thunder. The room fee was nearly 300, and the environment was so bad. Although I know that Rongchang is very popular recently, such an environment made us, the guests who came from afar, feel regretful.
