The workers were really nice and accommodating, however, the first room we had, there were two old blood stains on the bedsheets and the tables were not cleaned as there were noodle soup spilled on it. They then offered us a room change which was really nice. However the new room we got were still not cleaned as there were rubbish on the ground and unflushed toilet (toilet paper and hair). But overall the hotel is in the good location and the staff treat you very nicely. They take care of all your laundries and they have a translator app on their phone if you don’t speak Chinese.

The location is not bad. The room was good. We arrived before the check in time and we had to wait because the room was not ready. So don't come in advance. Otherwise the room was like the pictures.

Nice hotel with a great view of Chongqing. Room was comfortable and cosy. Best thing bout this place was the big bath. Great location too

The girl at the reception was helpful and showed us different rooms we could choose from.
The room was spacious with great views. There is also a projector!

Great location at the most popular district. Hotel room is spacious compared to to other 4 start rating. Great services by front desk, cleaning. Great view at 33 floor.

The room actually has in built audio system that plays music whenever you return back to the room. The view of the room was fabulous

The hotel is located in a building full of other businesses and there doesn’t seem to be a sign outside. The rooms are located very high up and provide an amazing view. The cleanliness could be improved but I have to say the bed sheets provided by the hotel were silky smooth! The staff are absolutely lovely and will help with laundry if needed. The location is okay, a little far from a metro station but not too bad. A great place if you come to Chongqing for the night life as the 9th street that the hotel is located on is very busy and full of people at night drinking and partying. There is also a great place to show down the road with a couple of shopping centres and plenty of food options.
