The customer has to come down to the door to get it by himself. With the child, the child fell asleep and could not get the takeaway at all. Very inhumane💔💔 💔. Anyway, the phone in the room is like a decoration. No one answered the phone at the front desk. It's speechless. The hotel has no laundry room and dryer. I stayed for three nights and there was really no place to wash clothes~ Not suitable for families with treasures~

The room was very satisfactory, but the disposable items were charged. I used a toilet seat without noticing and it cost 3 yuan. There was no hot water one night, and the whole family waited until 1:00 in the morning and the hot water didn't come, so they went to bed. This shouldn't be the case for such a big hotel!! Everything else was good, there were food options around, and we used Didi for transportation, which was quite convenient

The takeaway is not delivered to the room, but only to the front desk, so you have to walk a long way to pick up the takeaway. 3. When checking in, the front desk informed that a deposit of 500 yuan is required. 4. The hotel's disposable toilet mat is charged at 3 yuan each, which is very inconspicuous, so I didn't see it at all, and only found out that the deposit was deducted. 5. The service attitude of the hotel staff is poor. The security guard at the door will not help you open the door when you see you carrying a box. There is no one to guide you from the door to the check-in place. The front desk is not active and the attitude is quite arrogant. 6. The air conditioning problem, this problem is also the most devastating. Their rooms are unified central air-conditioning, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The Basongcuo King Room is a windowless room type, which cannot dissipate heat, and the temperature in the room continues to rise. At the same time, the hotel's ability to deal with emergencies is also very poor. I felt very hot when I entered the room. I saw that the room had an air conditioner, and the air conditioner showed cold air, so I turned on the air conditioner, but the temperature continued to rise until the indoor temperature reached 31 degrees. I contacted the front desk, and the front desk sent a technician to repair it. As a result, the technician said that the central air conditioner was now turned on, but it was actually hot air, although I turned on the cold air, and he couldn't give any solution. So I took the initiative to upgrade to a room with windows. 7. When checking out, the hotel told me that since I booked on Ctrip, I could not directly issue a full invoice, but needed to issue the original room invoice on Ctrip, and then upgrade the room fee before issuing the hotel fee. This matter was also not informed in advance.

Parking is convenient, and the underground garage is free of charge if you report your car number at the front desk. The sanitary conditions are good, and the snacks provided are OK.

It's not bad in a four-star hotel, clean, good conditions, and rich breakfast. But the doorman's service awareness is not strong. Can't he help the guests take down the luggage? It needs to be improved. However, the surrounding environment is good, there are food, drink and entertainment, and it is very comfortable to walk by the river. I will come again next time.
