Amazing view with very friendly services from the team! Always constantly on standby to reply our questions and helped us with our luggages (as we are travelling with 1 infant and 1 child). Room is spacious too!

Perfect if you want views from your room. It's literally riverside living. Location wise, very near to Raffles City and it's very easy to get ride-hailing service from there. Super value for money! Staff came downstairs to pick us up even though we arrived very late. They will set up a group chat for you on wechat so you can ask them for anything whenever you need. Great service! The room is spacious too.

Great for foreigners who don't speak mandarin. The hotel will contact you over WeChat so you can message and translate anything when needed. They also offer free tours and laundry.

Kinda good view of the bridge, couldn’t pick the “vibe” of the room since there are different styles, crazy that normal towels are not provide, only disposable towels. And it’s not a hotel it’s like a home stay kind of, great location though.

The location is really good. When you go downstairs, there is Hongyadong on the left and Raffles Chaotianmen Square on the right. But everything is shabby. It is in a residential area and it is very troublesome to go up and down the elevator. The corridor of the residential area is also very shabby. It is a shabby place. I will never live here again next time. The toilet in the bathroom is not fixed at all. The top shower is blocked. The hand shower is broken. The door lock to the balcony has been broken for a long time. There is no lock on the two toilets. Someone has to be on guard to take a shower. The sofa in the living room is very old and dirty, and the refrigerator is broken. In addition to the socket where the air conditioner is broken, there are no sockets in other places in the living room, which is very inconvenient. It is a waste to stay here for 1,600 yuan! As a professional platform, Ctrip has not fulfilled its responsibility of checking the photos it publishes, which are far from the actual situation.
