The front desk told me that they would send housekeeping staff to check the situation, but it took about 20 minutes before they came. The housekeeping staff said that the hotel had killed insects a few days ago, and these insects might have floated out because of that. But we booked the room in advance on the 29th. As the hotel, shouldn't you check the cleanliness of the room before the guests check in? Because it was very late, the hotel asked us to change rooms. My parents were tired after a day's work and went to bed early. So I refused. The next morning, when the child woke up, his entire thigh was itchy and red. I didn't know if it was caused by some bug crawling on the sheets. All in all, this accommodation experience was very bad! It's still a room of more than 700, which doesn't seem worth it at all.
