Service is excellent. The staff was able to help me with various requests throughout my stay. There is some walking to get to the train stations but it wasn’t a problem for me. You can do laundry for free in the laundry room, though a lot of people might be trying to use the 4 washers and 4 dryers.

Another great Atour experience.
(This hotel even has a somewhat decent gym (unlike the Atour in which I stayed in Nanjing, for example).)
The rooms are well designed, well equipped, clean and quiet.
The complementary laundry service that Atour offers is great for those far from home.
This Atour hotel even offers a complementary after dinner meal (from 9.30pm-11pm), which I haven’t seen before.

The hotel staff service attitude is par excellence and I would like to mention in particular Yue Ran and Xiao Wang who exceptionally helpful. We arrived very early at 3.00 am and had booked a room to share for the 4 hours before we set off for a tour. She suggested they allow us an early check in and instead of for going our payment for the room we booked and paid they will provide daily breakfast for all 4 pax for our 3 night stay in lieu. We appreciated their flexibility. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Chongqing

The staff at the front desk have a very good attitude, they are very enthusiastic and lively. They often greet people when they pass by the front desk. The sound of greetings makes people feel happy. They will serve tea when sitting in the lobby and actively deal with the questions I want to consult. The facilities and equipment are well maintained. Even the corners in the room are clean. They must have put a lot of thought into it. They also gave warm water when checking out. Atour will be my first choice in the future.
