The location is excellent, offering stunning views. The service at the reception was also great.
However, the room felt a bit old and not very clean. I found the housekeeping experience unsettling—they came in without prior notice, which felt like an invasion of privacy, and some of our belongings were moved. It would be much better if guests were informed beforehand about housekeeping schedules.
Also, remember to bring your own towel, as only disposable ones are provided.

Staff is very helpful and they replied via WeChat promptly on any enquiries. The view is outstanding the photos and reality is totally different story u shuld hv experienced it :)
My room is at level 20 when u come out from the lift the light is auto on and off but very dark even its on and it was scary that the most I dislike about it. Smoking smells you need to be prepared and aware anywhere u are in China so I think its normal no complaints.
Location is ok since is next to Hongyadong u may enjoy the view here just the jam its irritating but where ever u want to go its near by homestay also.
Every-time u out from room can inform staff to clean room then they will come and clean. There's one time they did not clean the room I believe they forgotten even we have informed it, we need housekeeping to empty the rubbish and refill other amenities. The weather we went is raining and cold so most of the time we in the room and watch movies. Thank you for being considerate to registered the TV app for guest to watching on it when in the room.
Toilets is separate from bathroom and shower place its in small place with fan ventilators not sure what cost the smell we on it 24/7 its does not help at all moreover our bed is near by toilet so we cant open the door and sleep with toilet smell ....
Nothing is perfect but overall I'm happy with the room and enjoy my holiday in Chongqing. Any enquires you needs before check in feel free to call homestay via trip.com app they able to answer and I believe they will help you out with anything.

A good homestay experience. we have book a 3 bedroom suite. We are unsatisfied when we enter the room as my dad doesnt like the hotel corridor which are dark until we are upgraded free of charge to a 4 bedroom suite with a better brighter corridor. it's super huge and can fit up to 8 pax with a large living room. the facilities are quite old but its clean. Worth the stay and the service is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at FanDiao Homestay Chongqing. The unit had ax excellent view with the Hongya Dong right in full view.
The service staffs, especially Xiao Fan at FanDiao Homestay Chongqing was very helpful and friendly. We had a choked toilet system and sought help, XiaoFan even came up to assist to clear the choked toilet in the late hours of the night.
I really thank the staff at FanDiao and would highly recommend this Homestay with its excellent service to all travellers who wish to visit Chongqing.
Of course we would choose to stay here again the next time!

The apartemen very big with 3BR+1 Kid bedroom.
It’s very recommended stay for family with kids. The location very near to Hongyadong. However, the minus were I found some bug on Kids room and the outside window was not clean enough.

The unit is big. Location is very strategic as it is very near to hongyacave. Service also good as the customer service will reply promptly. However, can be better if can provide more necessities for family travel such as cutleries, proper plates, cups and also dryer for washing clothes.

An absolutely incredible experience. It was my first time coming to Chongqing, the apartment was very clean, had Japanese toilets, and disposable towels so very good hygiene. BUT the main attraction was the view, me and my girlfriend looked outside for at least an hour. It was incredible.
The lady who showed us around offered us a free room upgrade which we took, I think this room cost around £80 per night when looking. But even at that price it is worth it just for the experience and beautiful view.
When we come back to Chongqing we will definitely stay here again!
