這次入住超滿意！第一天住的江景Loft浴缸大床房太驚艷了～落地窗正對江景，晚上泡澡看燈光超浪漫🌃！第二天換到庭院大床房，私密小院綠意盎然，清晨喝咖啡超愜意☕。房間乾淨設施新，床品舒服到想賴床！前台小姐姐熱情周到，幫忙升級還推薦了周邊美食。兩種房型各有特色，性價比超高，下次還會來！

大家都知道，能夠激發人強烈評論慾望的，要麼是極好，要麼是極差。以下暴論僅針對本人入住的￥391/晚的馥·大床房。【民宿位置繞】門口就是地鐵施工現場，民宿所處的樓棟相當於沒落的半户外商鋪，各種賣茶葉的、餐飲店由户外連廊串起，民宿混雜在其中的三樓，要花些功夫找，點外賣要跟外賣員描述半天。【房間層高低】房間位置在民宿類似於loft的第二層，不知室內凈高是遵照的國家哪本建築設計規範，層高本就低，樑下凈高還不足1.80m，貼了軟包後實際更低，整體十分壓抑。【房間隔音差】前面説了這是loft第二層，加之門窗隔音性能差，門前樓下大廳的吵鬧聲、人造景觀的水流聲（還有光污染），聲聲入耳。【房間設備舊】壁掛衣架、穿衣鏡崩脱，床下環邊LED燈帶脱落，淋浴花灑角度無法調節，損壞的筒燈使本就昏暗的照明、壓抑的空間雪上加霜。【房間衞生臟】通風孔道灰塵積絮密佈，編織紙巾盒有上輪住客留下的長頭髮，床品有血污，木質掛架發黴。

平台意外推送，看評分不高。但內部配套挺感興趣，所以選擇了這裏。整體評價如下：展示性並不強，廣告展示位與客棧實際位置有出入。致電工作人員後，告訴了到達方法，工作人員服務很客氣。到達目的地後，裝修有一點驚喜，徽派風格，在重慶這個地方相對不多。同樓層有其他徽派餐飲（未營業），內部設計別具一格，像是到了某個主題式場地。在南濱路珊瑚商業這個片區性價比蠻高的酒店，與其説是叫酒店，可能稱它為城市客棧或城市民宿更加貼合產品。根據客棧名稱判斷以及為是連鎖品牌，但其實不是…..名稱多了後綴，對於這樣的產品打通OTA做渠道毋庸置疑，但看了網評後再到現場根據入住感受而言，經營者沒有完全瞭解互聯網規則。其實產品還是蠻好的，比較小眾，不挑客。有共享空間，輕社交是可以滿足的。談談整體入住建議：門廳綠植換成真綠植可以提高視覺粘性，中庭非常有意思，沒有在中庭閑坐，所以不評論。客房內的細節亮點：易耗品做到了一客一換，獨立包裝，浴袍摺疊得很用心平整。馬桶是智能馬桶，運營成本同比相應定位的酒店相對較高。短板部分：床旗與靠枕無一客一換，這是所有配這兩樣物品的酒店通病，所以大多數酒店業都取消了床旗和保證，但視覺搭配會好一點。層高不高，做了軟包。由於是無窗，所以做了櫥窗綠植造景，但換氣扇的噪音不敢恭維。面積限制無電視櫃，機頂盒無地安放處置…..這個可以規避。淋浴間地面做的水磨石，牆體同樣採用水磨石牆磚（未勾縫），床是榻榻米（因層高限制）整體體驗蠻不錯。
