房間設施陳舊，衞生間味道騷氣很大，環境不好，晚上睡覺簡直了，入住時候就告訴前台要安靜點的房間，第二天家人要早早手術，結果這間房根本就是一整夜比高鐵站的聲音還要恐怖，心臟病都要整出來了，找了前台就説是衞生間抽風機沒有關，她們心裏清楚是怎麼一回事，根本就不想管，視頻為證，毫不誇張的説聲音比視頻當中還要大十倍，好評估計是有些顧客為了十元獎勵吧！也許店家根本不需要回頭客，根本無所謂客人的心情！
