Yucheng Chunsanli Art Holiday Hotel

I specially chose this hotel for this trip to Chongqing. I felt very good, especially the front desk staff were very warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment was elegant, clean and sanitary. We were very satisfied and gave it a five-star rating!

It can be said that this is the worst hotel I have ever booked on Ctrip, no one else. Let's talk about the location distance first. It is about 4km away from the Shandong Gate of Simian Mountain, which is quite convenient. Hygiene: 1. There are disposable bath towels left by the previous guest on the clothes drying rack in the hotel room that have not been cleaned up. 2. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the first and upper floors of the hotel. There are basically no anti-mosquito measures. 3. Flies and mosquitoes are flying around when dining in the hotel buffet restaurant. Suggestions to the staff were ignored. Facilities: 1. There are very few parking spaces in the hotel, resulting in random parking of vehicles. There are no security personnel to manage the vehicles, resulting in the car being blocked by randomly parked out-of-town vehicles for more than an hour. The hotel did not have any solutions or coordination. In the end, we had to find a way to cooperate with the hotel and found the owner to move the car in an hour and a half. Service: 1. The volume of the TV in the room was low, and the waiter was asked to adjust it, but he said he had no time. 2. The hotel did not see any security personnel, and external vehicles entered at will, and the gate was always wide open. The above is not matched with the price, and I hope everyone can avoid the pit.

The temperature on the mountain is several degrees lower than that in the city. Fortunately, the room has air conditioning, which works quite well. When I went there, there were not many guests staying in the hotel, but the service was not neglected. The front desk would ask about the room temperature. When ordering food, they would also ask about the saltiness and taste preferences and recommend dishes to you. They would also recommend the number of dishes to you based on the number of people you went with. The whole service was a highlight and very considerate. The room hygiene and facilities sounded good and well maintained, unlike a hotel that has been open for three years. There is a small town around the hotel, which is said to be a 1-minute drive away, which should be more convenient. It rained a little that day so we didn't go there. The overall experience was still very good and I would recommend it.
