Very suitable for couple staying here in winter enjoying hot tub with great view. Service tip top from the reception. Also cloud eye just located above the hotel. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was great. Right next to the subway, the Cable Car and walking distance to the Central Walking Street. Check In as a Foreigner was easy. The Room itself was nice enough for the amount i paid. Really spacious and everything one could need was there.

I really loved the room. It was extremely luxurious for the price. The check-in was smooth even if I am a foreigner. They also assisted me in booking a river cruise and the visit to the rooftop of the hotel skyscraper, everything through WeChat, which is very convenient given the automatic translation service implemented in it, which facilitated the conversation.

It’s a very lovely hotel!! you can walk to many famous place by foot. The room is clean and also have a bathtub!!

Great location, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff (communicated with us through WeChat for ease of translation). The dryer for laundry was an electric hot box, worked fine but takes a fair while and is in a public area which means people smoking on your drying clothes...

Excellent place! I changed my room because I wanted the corner room with the view and it was the best decision. It was absolutely splendid!! The staff was extremely nice too. I would return.
