Friendly, courteous, thoughtful service.
Airport shuttle much appreciated.
The only micro-gripe I have is that the light at the washroom mirror could be brighter. That's it.
I stayed in four hotels during this last Chinba trip, and this was the best.

Amazing service from Atour check in staff. Room amenities were good. 6.00 am. early morning drop off to airport was quick. Staff gave us packed breakfast to go! Thank you so much.

The room was clean and tidy, quiet at night, the bedding was comfortable, and the pillow was the kind of memory pillow that would slowly rebound after being pressed, so you could sleep until dawn.
