Lovely hotel staff and fabulous hot springs that were beautifully nestled in several well landscaped private pools. The foliage surrounding the pools gave a real back to nature feel. The pools were clean and well maintained with continuous flowing hot springs water. In addition there were large pools for families.

4/5 open air hot spring pools of various sizes & temperatures accommodating to various number of people is a very good idea. Very relaxing, enjoyable and at the same time invigorating.
3/5 The resort has a very good concept for a holiday resort for couples as well as for families, indoor as well as outdoor activities. However, although the furnishing has its own expensive , classic & nostalgic charm, it needed an uplift.
We enjoyed our stay with walks around the resort & the relaxing hot spring rejuvenation spa.

Friendly staff, amazing hot spring pool in your room. The private pool was the highlight and the entire positive experience about the hotel. We stayed here during winter when almost everything was kind of down. The hotel, halls, and the breakfast restaurant was as cold as outside. Everything got so cold quickly, and we had to eat in out coats. The breakfast quality was not impressive either, very few variety, not what you would expect from a resort like this. Because it is located far from the city in the suburbs and a few km from the nearest eatery and shops, if you are a tourist without a car like me, take this into consideration. You can eat out traveling a few km or order food by using the local application, which was not available to us because we had no local phone number. However the staff tried their best to help us by ordering food using their phone.
Overall, interesting experience. Gotta mention again that the hot spring was truly satisfying.

Well, this is the most beautiful hot spring hotel we visited, was impressed from the design of the rooms , services and the help desk stuff that i delt with : Zhou Sha, Huang Xiao Feng and Li Mou...all has a good attitude and good manners ,always greeting you with a smile and very helpfull ...and the breakfast was Awsome ,so many delicious foods ...overall i can give this hotel more than 5 star ...will visit again in the near future ....well done !

This is my second time staying at Beidi Garden. The stay experience is still great. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The private hot spring pool in the guest room is very large and can be fully opened for soaking. The scenery in the park is very good and suitable for taking photos and checking in.
