Mountwell Executive Suites (Jiefangbei Hongyadong)

The room was a pleasure to stay in. We arrived at the hotel at 3am and the staff were very helpful with the complimentary fruit.Excellent butler service and all the staff were very helpful. We booked a family suite for a low price and it was a very good experience for me.The floor is very high, you can see the night view far away, it is also very beautiful at night, downstairs is some famous local pedestrian streets, a few minutes walk to the subway, there are many local attractions, my family and I used the breakfast in the hotel, both Chinese and Western breakfast, downstairs is a lot of delicious streets, a lot of local snacks, but it is very spicy for me. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me with two deliveries, as I don't speak or read Chinese, but the staff was still very helpful, and I ordered takeout and even delivered it to my room, which was incredible for me.All in all, everything in Chongqing is very pleasant, the view from the hotel is also very good, the pictures are taken by myself, unfortunately I forgot to take the night view, because I spent part of the time outside, there is afternoon tea at the front desk on the fifth floor of the hotel, which is a very pleasant surprise for me, when you are tired, you can use the afternoon tea, there are many fruits, the gym is also very good. The facilities are very complete, but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. This is the best hotel I have stayed in China. I will come back to this hotel next time I am in China and I will be pleasantly surprised.

We had a great stay here. The staff gave us a free upgrade to a higher floor and the view was amazing ! Room was comfy, toilet clean and spacious. The room was bigger than expected. It's about 10 mins walk to Jiachangkou or Linjiangmen metro stops. Lot of stall / restaurants in the are as it's just a short walk into the heart of Jiefangbei. Staff don't speak English but they use a translator device to assist and it was sufficient. They were helpful and kind. Loved the washing machine in the room. Soap/ shampoo in bathroom smelt so good too. Overall had a good stay and was a good base to explore Chongqing

A very new and advanced hotel. The family room is on a very high floor and you get great views of Chongqing. The windows are high and TV is big. Toilet is the most advanced toilet with buttons for all actions. Breakfast buffet is great. Great variety of local and international food. Reception is very friendly and provide gifts upon check out as well. Gym is big and well equipped too. Will stay again!

Superb service by the staff. Even though we checked in at 3+ am, the staff’s attitude was very welcoming and was not stingy to assist with our queries. Very nice of them to provide some welcome fruits and snacks when we checked out. Location is superb too, able to walk everywhere!
