Review of Bindun Langyi Hotel
I stayed at Bindun Langyi Hotel for 5 nights (March 7-13, 2025) and had a pleasant experience.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions:
Jiefangbei – A bustling shopping and dining area.
Chongqing Art Gallery – Showcasing contemporary art.
Hongyadong – A famous riverside attraction with traditional architecture and great views.
Public transport is easily accessible, and many spots are within walking distance.
Rooms & Service
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong hot water supply. A 24-hour front desk allows late check-ins, which is great for late arrivals. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast
The hotel serves Chinese-style breakfast (porridge, steamed buns, dim sum). It’s decent but may not suit everyone.

Perfect location. The lady receptionist is helpful to get me a screw driver from the technician to fix my luggage handle. Thumbs up.
Downside for this hotel is the smoking environment. You should get a non smoking hotel if you are a non smoker.

Dont go this hotel on winter, room very cool! Breakfast is bad avoid it, outside of hotel so many good foods. Location is perfect! 10 / 10. Very near subway.

You can’t get a better location with affordable price for accommodation in Jiefangbei than this hotel. It is so convenient as you can find many shops, attractions and metro stations within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned daily. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing for the first time.

I would say location is the best part! we chose a room with window but there was no view, the air conditioning was not working, the breakfast is mediocre, and many things in the room costed extra money (deposit of 200rmb) the toilet had no door and was glass walls, so it was rather cold

Everything perfect! Clean and comfort. The location is very good. We enjoy the breakfast, it changes the menu everyday. They provide everything you need.
