房間裏裝修裝飾與時俱進，停車隨便停門口路邊，不足之處是房間不隔音，特別是下雨天雨滴嗒在鐵皮上影響睡眠，不下雨還好，房間和走廊有異味，建議裝隔音玻璃和清理衞生死角。
