We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The room and bed were big enough for us to sleep comfortably.
The subway is just next to the hotel, and we loved to go shopping at the wholesalers next to the hotel.
The concierge was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The view in front 9f our window was amazing.

Water take quite long to heat up and hard to adjust the temperature. Bathroom drainage water clogged. Not able to shower. But service staff help us to upgrade room just that it's a bit troublesome. They should have checked before letting us check in
