the room was little bit dirty and dusty, the location was good with amazing view and the staff were good. No services was there thats why we checked out early to change the hotel, overall good for 1 person for a quick sleep. 3/5

Excellent location near a subway and near the rivers. Brilliant view of the city and the river with the boats on. Service was great. Staff friendly and room clean, bed comfy. A bit difficult to find at first as it’s on 21st floor. Then rooms are on different floors in the building where you might need to use 2 elevates to get to your room. Otherwise definetly recommend this place.

Great location, near Chaotianmen Station. Great food nearby. The room was clean. However it seemed like the quality of the fittings wasn’t there. The basin was slanting, lots of wear and tear along the skirting boards, stairs were of distant heights, you had to turn the tap to the left for cold water versus the other way around. It was like they hired builders from Temu.
If you overlook these things, the location is there, cleanliness is good.

Spacious, wonderful view, the metro is just under the building. There is a Lawson downstair and many food around. Walking distances to lotsa places. Cleanliness is gréât too, far exceeding my expectation. The hot water is strong too. There is 2 toilets, a shower and a bath up in this type of room. The air-con heater is so hot as well, we don't feel cold at all. The kids love it.
Do not expect an usual hotel building, it looks more like office building with many hotels on different levels inside. For higher level rooms, you might need to change elevator, overall experience still very nice :)

The hotel photos don’t lie, the room is truly incredible. We are three friends who decided to visit several cities for the Christmas holidays, and this hotel is by far the best one we’ve stayed at.
I’d like to particularly praise the staff, from the housekeeping team to the reception. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, whose excellence in their work and kindness made our stay very pleasant. Your positivity was greatly appreciated!
I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their quick response times and ability to handle requests were outstanding. I felt well-supported throughout my stay. We even lost a bag at the hotel, and the reception team went above and beyond to help us, exploring every possible lead with us. A big thank you for your professionalism !
For anyone looking to explore Chongqing while staying in a central location close to everything, this is the perfect hotel !

We got a duplex unit for family of three, added an extra bed for RMB300 (3 nights) and we got a hard n thin tatami base as extra bed (see photo). The sewage system are very bad, the toilet on lower floor are so smelly, but the worst is the upper floor where we sleep, every night we were woken by the smelly sewage that stink the entire room even you are not using the toilet. Light sleeper should avoid as the sound of the elevator and sewage from other floors are too loud and the noise continue every minute for the whole day. Not recommended!

My first time using Trip.come. I chose this place. it's stunning, clean and well maintained. There's a lot happening in this area. There are many shops and Raffles City is opposite.
The staff added me on wechat and I could communicate with them 24/7.
Value for money and a great stay. highly recommend to anyone
