Hotels in Guanyinqiao/ 9 Street, Chongqing

I had a great stay at this hotel- the room is very comfortable, and it’s easy to communicate with the friendly staff (through WeChat). They were very responsive and quick to attend to any needs. The location is very convenient too. Please do keep in mind that they don’t have laundry services or hotel breakfast. I think they do have drinks/snacks(?) available at the reception but I didn’t have the time to check that out. However, I was a little worried about the cleanliness of the bathroom (shower area). Moreover, I felt a few concerns in regard to safety, as it’s a big building with different hotels on each floor, and a keycard is not required to get onto any floor of the building.

Nice hotel with a great view of Chongqing. Room was comfortable and cosy. Best thing bout this place was the big bath. Great location too

The room was great and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good area, and we wanted to stay longer! They helped us to wash clothes and even helped to order a suitcase for my friend (his broke) 辛苦了你们

Jackie, a hotel employee, always maintains a friendly smile and the highest quality service. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the core area of Guanyinqiao Business Circle, Chongqing, China. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and there is no pressure to travel. The facilities in the room are clean and tidy. Although the hotel is not new, I feel Jackie's warmth, from check-in to check-in to check-out. Room, it is not difficult to see from the smiles of Jackie and every employee that the hotel is very happy. Arrived at Chongqing Airport at midnight and arrived at the hotel very quickly (20 minutes). Stayed for a few days. The service was great and the price was very high. The hotel mattress was very comfortable and the loft-style room was very beautiful. It was very convenient to eat Chongqing food, watch movies, play billiards, etc. nearby. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Guanyin Bridge.

We were kindly offered a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. However, we declined because our room had a large bathtub (big enough for two) with a stunning city view, whereas the upgraded rooms had smaller tubs. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful—modern, clean, and stylish. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The only downside is that there’s just one washing machine for the entire hotel, which is a bit limited for a hotel of this size and standard. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is at a very strategic location which nearby a lot of attractions and the room is very spacious and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide us mineral water whenever we request. There are free ice cream provided at the hotel lobby. On the last day of our stay due to we need to rush for early train, we unable to have the breakfast at their restaurant, the staff actually prepared us bread and milk to take away so we won't be starving in the train. Need to give thumbs up for staff with 工號 no.1 and no.7 who went extra miles to help us. Our TaoBao parcels were unable to reach on time when we checking out the hotel, both of them help us to track and arrange for delivery service to send to our next hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time if we come back to ChongQing!

1) This hotel is located right behind 洪崖洞 with great views of the river from the lobby, which is also on the 15th floor. There’s a big reception and cafe area with free coffee voucher with three nights’ stay. 2) The reception and cleaning staff also provided good service. 3) The room is also comfortable with side view of 朝天门 and well equipped with useful little things like shower gel and ear plugs etc. Hot water for showering also comes quickly. There’s also free laundry & dryer service, but you need to hang most of the clothes in your room to dry them completely. And a small gym to work out at. 4) Car hailing pickup at the lobby is convenient and it’s walking distance from 小什字 and 临江门 light rail stations

The location is very convenient, not far from the exit of Guanyinqiao Station. Guanyinqiao Food Street and Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street are downstairs. It is convenient to go anywhere. The only thing is that it is located in the center of the business district, and it is not convenient to take a taxi because of the traffic jam. The room is very clean and tidy, and I chose a high floor so it does not affect my sleep. The room is a suite with a dining table, a refrigerator, and a washing machine with a dryer. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied 👍
