Hotels near Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chongqing

I have always been curious about the magical city of Chongqing. Haha, I finally got the chance to come. The hotel is easy to find, right in Times Square. Next to Jiefangbei. This is the first time I've stayed in such a high-rise hotel. When I was taking the elevator, my dream overlapped for a moment. (Why doesn't it stop?) I always thought that it would be very slow to wait for the elevator on such a high floor, but I didn't expect it to be so good. Because I didn't want to live in a room that was winding and passed by many rooms by myself, the fair-skinned, beautiful and gentle lady at the front desk (wow, the skin of you locals is too good) helped me upgrade the room and the lady answered all my questions and provided enthusiastic service. The room is very clean and makes people feel safe. The water pressure is good and the central air conditioning is comfortable. Although it is a city view room, for me who sleeps until noon every day, I can only see the night view. The subway station is downstairs, which is so convenient, and there are food and drinks around. It only takes 45 minutes to get to Songbei Airport. Hahahahaha, I have been to the foggy city of the mountain city. I will start my life as a cow and horse tomorrow.

Location is very good, just next to the prime location and 1 minute walk to Subway. There is only 2 to 3 lift with a capacity of less than 10 person. Therefore during Peak hours, will take some time to wait for the passenger lift. What I like most is the projector TV in the Room, screen is big and sound is satisfactory. The rest is so so.

Had an amazing time here. Very convenient location (3 min walk to metro), the room was a good size for 3 people. Great view. Washing machine did it's job although it is not accessible after 10pm. Staff is very helpful. You can get extra hangers, water and slippers from the front desk. Highly recommend and would book again in the future!

It was a very great stay, the location was next to the mall. The room itself was perfect. For $18 you have a sky view from the 33rd floor and a whole bathtub to yourself (Not to mention the projector though it’s all in Chinese). It was a bit hard to navigate at first but thanks to the reviews I found it. Basically enter the D section of Times Square Apartment near the pinned location on Trips map. Press floor 31 on the elevator and you will find the check in counter there. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Chong Qing.

Front desk staffs look like their of teenagers’ age, does not feel very welcoming / provide good customer service. Other than that, all is well. Also some renovation noise in the afternoon but not affected unless you would be resting during the time. Place is very convenient as its next to 解放碑.

this was literally one of the best hotels i ever stayed in. staffs there were SUPER nice and friendly❤️ check-in and check-out was super smooth and quick , probs too less than 10mins:＞ since i went during the cold season, the air-con wasnt turned on throughout the building. i did tell the front desk lady that it was a little stuffy & hot and she moved me to another bigger room within 2hrs. they provide free laundry service as well which includes washing and drying! (open from 9am-8pm if im not wrong, and if u send it earlier in the day, u cld get it back by night time!) i cant emphasise how great their service are especially the lady in the photo below. she really took exceptionally great care of us! would 100% recommend this hotel as its situated in such a great area! right opposite is a mall ( 八一广场）where u can get ur hair done, massages and many more! they are also really reasonably priced!there are also many street food nearby (1min walk - right beside the mall)! lawson convenient store is a 3mins walk away , jiefangbei is right beside the hotel (3mins walk) and the 好吃街 is 4mins away, right behind the hotel! we managed to walk to many different malls and even to hongyadong which was only a 7mins walk! oh! and 5mins walk away from the metro , 10mins walk to 十八梯！ The hotel is only on 46th and 45th floor , lobby on 46th , hence the view is AMAZING!!!!! only downside is there isnt a fridge in some rooms but it doesnt bother us so FYI!!! 100/10 would stay here again if i come to chongqing in future!!!! photos are taken by me! real life view from the room and the BEST front desk lady ever!!! 666

This stay in Chongqing was perfect. This hotel really left a deep impression on me. Let's talk about the room first. It's really nice. From the moment you step into the room, you can feel the warmth and comfort. The facilities in the room are complete and of high quality. Whether it is the softness of the bedding or the exquisiteness of the furniture, it is very satisfying. Moreover, the layout of the room is very reasonable, and the space is used just right. It will not make people feel crowded and can meet various needs. The geographical location of the hotel is simply the gold in the gold area. It is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and can be reached on foot. Jiefangbei is a landmark building in Chongqing, full of urban prosperity and bustle; Hongyadong is a representative of Chongqing's unique folk customs, and the beautiful night view is like a dream. Staying in this hotel, you can easily shuttle between these two famous attractions and enjoy the charm of Chongqing. The food downstairs of the hotel is a highlight. The Chongqing noodles directly opposite are very authentic. Every noodle is covered with fragrant sauce, and the spicy and fresh taste jumps on the tip of the tongue. The taste is really memorable. The hot pot downstairs is also great, with a rich soup base and fresh ingredients. After eating a piece of tripe or a piece of tender beef, you can instantly feel the unique charm of Chongqing hot pot. If you want to enjoy the night view while eating hot pot, I strongly recommend walking a few hundred meters to Hongyadong's Haoge Black Tea Hot Pot. There, you can enjoy delicious hot pot while overlooking the dazzling night view of Hongyadong. The experience is simply incomparable. Finally, I have to mention that the hotel's price-performance ratio is really excellent. Here you can enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience, an excellent location and a rich selection of food, but the price is very reasonable. Especially the ladies at the front desk, they are beautiful, caring and gentle. From the warm reception at check-in to providing us with various travel suggestions, you can feel their sincerity for the guests everywhere. Whether it is asking for information about attractions or seeking recommendations for surrounding food, they can give the most detailed and practical answers. In short, this hotel is a great choice for traveling to Chongqing. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will definitely stay here and strongly recommend it to my friends around me.

Great location around CBD. Great service and hospitality. Xiao Sun is very helpful to inform which hotpot you can enjoy (hotpot is very popular in ChongQing and there’s hotpot stall everywhere you go), and what to do to avoid scams. She also recommend a good travel agent if you need to buy a local day tour such as Dazu Rock tour and ChongQing 1949 ticket. Super convenient. Thank you for having us

amenities were adequate, room itself was clean but there were many Corners that havent been cleaned in a while. shower Doors didnt fully work, showerhead was either broken or has really low water pressure. staff was lovely! unfortunately it was really loud, there was construction work going in in the morning and u can hear everything people talk about in the hallway. it also takes forever waiting for the elevator to get down/back into the hotel

A pleasant stay, within walking distance to 小什字subway station, the room itself is very special with cave style and hi tech toilet, will come again next time!
