OAK properties in Chongqing

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's quite convenient for transportation and dining nearby. However, if you're staying here for an exam at the United Foreign Language Primary School (a prestigious school), it's not ideal. You'd have to climb stairs for 20 minutes or take a 10-minute taxi ride, and taxis are hard to get during peak hours.

The environment here is great, and check-in at the front desk was super fast. The staff (especially the ladies) had an excellent service attitude. We were on holiday with our child, and they even gave us a free room upgrade! It was a fantastic stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in town.

Good value for money. We barely stayed in the hotel, so we were looking for something simple and not expensive. The location is good; not in the city center but near metro/tube station to easily get there. A lot of food places and stores around. Staff was friendly and helpful, whilst room was also clean and had everything you might need.

The room facilities are relatively old, but quite satisfactory. The location is relatively good, and it is convenient for dining and traveling around. The parking instructions are not clear enough, and I was a little confused after going down to the basement. The hotel buffet breakfast is acceptable.
