The staff are friendly but its overpriced for the condition of the unit. The internet is ridiculous as well. The lightbulbs have been removed from most fittings, theres no freeiew box...so no TV, the neighbours argue loudly late at night and early in the morning, if they are not arguing then the dogs are barking incessantly, no double glazing or insulation means a ringside seat to everything going on outside. There are no teaspoons, not alot of any cutlery really. The gardens are well overgrown and spare parks are full of piles of weeds. The couch has lumps in it that make sitting a chore, The security latches on door and windows are all broken, damaged or missing. I won't stay here again.

This is a terrible place to stay. I am under whelmed. Everything seems to be either extremely dated or broken. Our smoke alarm went off just randomly and we were not even cooking or anything. Everything is uncomfortable. The shower is just a drizzle. Don't come here.

Beds very uncomfortable, unit was very outdated, heaters all broken or plugs burnt out, carpets all stained, there was no sky as advertised, no breakfasts avaliable for the entire 9 days, took a week to have someone vacuum the carpets, when asked to change sheets we were handed sheets to make our own. No milks, coffee. Shower was very difficult to get into, alot of noise from residents. Yard needed cleaned up Would not recommend we will not be back, spend the extra little bit and go else where.

Doesn't look like this property is no longer maintained . No one at office anymore. Chairs in unit terribly stained, Glad we ordered food in as not enough plates etc in unit. Broken handles on cupboards,, broken spring on couch. Was cold and heaters didn't even work . Had to ring a number to get one that does. Bath towels stained. Lifting wallpaper, net curtain in the kids room badly ripped. Should not even have been up there. Reminds me of my younger days in a student flat lol Wifi well that was terrible, Looks like now they are turning into a permanent resident motel. we paid about $178 for 4 of us. Might as well paid a bit extra to stay somewhere flash! I did lodge a complaint , but going by the terrible rating on here they have not done anything with this motel for a long time.
