Nothing was good enough. Not clean, horrible food, not the best location yet very expensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful but rooms need cleaning and food is really terrible.

什麼都不説了，住過幾百家酒店了！這是性價比最高的一家。衞生再提高一下，其他供應的沒任何問題，可以多弄點孩子玩的，再增加點個性化餐飲配置，拉開消費階級區分，硬件等過幾年大維護一下。

朋友一行人在千島湖祺悦度假村住了幾天，體驗太好啦，非常喜歡這裏。環境優美，綠植豐富，設施齊全。房間很大，很乾凈，住得很舒服。尤其是服務態度很好，前台服務員熱情周到，餐廳的管理員黃桂仙態度和藹可親，工作認真負責。娛樂設施也很豐富，ktv，棋牌室，我們一行人都玩得很開心。

房間挺大挺乾淨，直接看到湖景。三餐+下午茶全包，很省心。度假村很大，小童設施很多，還有小動物。工作人員都很熱心。退房時間是在下午2點，而且可以在餐廳直接退房卡，非常方便。衹是這個天氣感謝管家-朱有問必答。

度假村整體很好，設施豐富，乾淨衞生，按摩泳池體驗尤其好，此外必須誇讚賓客管家小張的服務，從到店引導到需求響應都特別貼心，全程耐心又專業，細微之處見真章，此行也因之更添愜意，下次還會來。
