"The hotel offers two free shuttle bus services daily to and from the high-speed rail station, which you can book by calling the hotel in advance. When the occupancy isn't too high, the front desk will even proactively upgrade your room! We got upgraded to a Little Yellow Duck themed suite with my daughter, which was amazing! The hotel's entertainment facilities are quite abundant, though a bit on the small side. I have to say, the Upup water activities and Wild World are definitely worth trying. Candy, Miranda, and Lily provided warm and attentive service, and even gave my child a farewell gift. All the hotel's GOs (Gracious Organizers) are very enthusiastic, and a big thank you to the shuttle bus drivers for their hard work!"

"Thanks to Meiyangyang for upgrading our room; the service was warm and polite. The Hilton Qiandao Lake Resort is very new. We drove there, and as soon as we parked the car in front of the hotel, the security guard thoughtfully put a sunshade on our front windshield. Our room on the 27th floor was clean and tidy, with a partial lake view. There are many restaurants nearby, and the mall is also within walking distance. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious, including freshly baked bread, welcome fruit, and even a departure gift. We'll definitely come again next time!"
