"Great value for money, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers. **Facilities:** The room's facilities are a bit dated. The bathroom faucet might be a bit faulty; when trying to use the overhead shower, water also comes out of the handheld showerhead simultaneously. I'm not sure if I'm operating it incorrectly. Also, the round table area feels a bit dim without a light directly above it. Furthermore, my room faced west, so it got quite hot in the afternoon. **Hygiene:** Generally good, but because the balcony isn't enclosed, there were some cobwebs floating around. **Environment:** Easy to call a car, and the natural surroundings are top-notch. There are also many highly-rated restaurants nearby – unbeatable. **Service:** Excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. The room service for water delivery was also very prompt. My only regret is that I had to go to the first floor to pick up food deliveries myself. If possible, I hope they can consider arranging robot delivery in the future. **Welcome Fruit:** A good variety, including pears and apples. **Welcome Snacks:** Highly commendable. Upon arrival, I received cookies and Starbucks coffee, and when checking out, I was given local specialties."

"Minghao International: A Ctrip 5-diamond hotel in Qiandao Lake, well worth staying! 👍 ✌️ This resort hotel is only 200 meters in a straight line from Greentown Holiday Hotel, and it's also right by the central lake area. 🤔 Open your window and you're greeted with the expansive views of Qiandao Lake. The view is wide open and the air is refreshing. 🌈 The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a heated swimming pool, an executive lounge, and more. 💪 The staff are friendly and approachable, especially the front desk staff. Whether it's 24:00 or 7:00, they are always very patient. 🌴 Both breakfast and lunch are delicious. It's an ideal place for a vacation and relaxation. Thanks to my travel companions for their warm and thoughtful arrangements! [bows]"

"I stayed in a central lake view room, and when I opened the window, I was greeted by a panoramic view of the entire lake. The lobby bar had live music both during the day and in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The infinity pool was definitely photogenic, excelling in both location and ambiance. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel pillows – they were incredibly comfortable, just the right firmness, and my neck felt perfectly fine. It's even better value for money during the off-season, so I recommend visiting for a day or two then. Enjoying the island's lake views and sipping on some fish soup – that's just too relaxing!"

"The hotel offers two free shuttle bus services daily to and from the high-speed rail station, which you can book by calling the hotel in advance. When the occupancy isn't too high, the front desk will even proactively upgrade your room! We got upgraded to a Little Yellow Duck themed suite with my daughter, which was amazing! The hotel's entertainment facilities are quite abundant, though a bit on the small side. I have to say, the Upup water activities and Wild World are definitely worth trying. Candy, Miranda, and Lily provided warm and attentive service, and even gave my child a farewell gift. All the hotel's GOs (Gracious Organizers) are very enthusiastic, and a big thank you to the shuttle bus drivers for their hard work!"

"The room was quite spacious, perfect for a family of four, and very clean. The bedding was comfortable too. The location is great, offering a distant view of Qiandao Lake. Breakfast was plentiful, a good mix of Chinese and Western options, including wontons and pastries. The freshly baked bread and egg tarts were delicious 😋. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended! They even provided complimentary tickets to the kids' play area, which my children absolutely loved 🥳. The service from 'Mei Yangyang' (presumably a staff member or service name) was excellent, promptly addressing any requests 👍."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with clean and tidy rooms, and a rich and delicious breakfast spread. A big thank you to Selina from the front desk for upgrading me to a central lake-view room with a huge balcony. The view was incredibly expansive and absolutely stunning – truly my top choice for a vacation. The location is superb, right in the central lake district, and shuttle bus 001 from the high-speed train station goes directly to the hotel. The staff are all friendly and polite, and any requests were promptly attended to. Although the hotel has been open for 16 years and some facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't affect their use, and some rooms have already been renovated (floors 6-8). It will definitely be my first choice again next time."

"I'm not sure if my standards are too high or if other guests are just more forgiving, but for over 1,000 yuan a night, the hotel facilities felt quite old. The room was cramped, and the balcony was enclosed on three sides, making the whole space feel very oppressive. The bathroom and shower stall were tiny, and the floorboards were even warped. The hotel called me a day in advance to say my room was ready, but I still ended up with one directly facing the hallway and elevator. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every word spoken outside clearly. I booked this place specifically because of the InterContinental brand, but honestly, it's not even as good as a Hanting Hotel. And that outdoor pool? It's small and shallow, really only suitable for toddlers to splash around in."

"I don't know if this Atour hotel is a knock-off; the facilities and service are nothing like Atour. The front desk staff were extremely rude—where did this delinquent girl come from to work?! They couldn't even handle check-in properly, knowing nothing, dragging her feet, acting like someone owed her money. Is the hotel trying to go out of business by using someone like this as front desk staff? It really ruined the experience; one terrible front desk staff member has destroyed the entire hotel's reputation! This is the worst Atour hotel I've ever stayed at. I warn everyone to avoid it; staying here is just asking for trouble—you're paying to be treated like dirt!"

The Dragon Boat Festival activities were plentiful and fantastic, and the GO staff were enthusiastic and professional. The kids absolutely loved the disco night! The kids' club is larger than the ones in Nanjing and Taicang, and the pool is great too, with the outdoor pool already open given the current weather. The hotel is located in Bloom Land, offering a rich variety of outdoor adventure parks and water activities, though these are more suited for children aged five and above."
