出行之前看了網上很多負面評價，有取消的沖動，但是最後千島湖之行的三家親子酒店，孩子最喜歡的還是clubmed。首先，地理位置在華美聖地的度假區裏面，相對比較偏遠，但是自己開車的不影響，我很喜歡這種遠離喧囂的度假村，度假村裡有很多遊樂設施，住店客人都是可以免費玩的，記得預約。
酒店candy經理幫忙升級了房間，雖然是最裡麪的尾房，進出有些不太方便，但是非常安靜，非常整潔，還是很不錯的。客房服務阿姨看我們孩子多，主動幫忙把沙發變成了一張單人床，還幫忙鋪上了床笠和被子，這是其他酒店沒有的，簡直太適合多孩家庭了，完美！candy還提前聯繫發送酒店攻略訊息，非常熱情，也贈送了早餐，得知弟弟是來酒店過生日的，還贈送了精美的蛋糕，好評好評。
酒店自身的玩樂設施也是很豐富，我家大到12歲的哥哥，小到8歲和5歲的弟弟，都玩得不肯走。
在宜吧玩數獨的時候遇到了非常有趣的G.o，是個美國小哥哥。
不過值得一提的是前台服務人員的服務，着實是沒有跟上的，冷言冷語，一副苦大仇深的樣子，不管問什麼，都答不知道，任何時候問他們拿礦泉水拿袋子，都是沒有的，請問這是什麼情況？
下次有機會還是會來的～

環境：除了湖景很一般（確實不主打湖景），整體環境還是很不錯的，我覺得小童泳池的深淺剛好，基本上，大人衹要在旁邊看就可以了😌
酒店活動比較豐富，建議一些問答環節可以準備一些小禮物

瘋狂為Candy管家打call！服務真的太太太周到了！提前聯繫了我告知酒店包含的遊玩項目，房間也幫我們升級到主樓豪華房間！最後一天我們玩嗨了差點錯過班車，立馬聯繫了Candy，她二話不説就幫我們解決了**煩——提前把行李全部拿到了車上，讓我們能踩着點順利趕上車！這種反應速度和解決問題的能力，絕對是五星級管家水準！全程服務都超級細心温柔，有求必應。再次感謝Candy的專業與熱心，讓我們此次旅程畫上了一個完美而温暖的句號，房間景色和早餐也都很不錯，強烈推薦！贊贊贊

總體比較滿意，周邊山水風光環境都不錯，空氣清新。服務方面總體也可以，一個突發狀況是突然下暴雨，結果發現我們房間和朋友房間都沒有雨傘，冒雨沖到接駁車，淋了濕透透的。還有泳池男更衣室的味道真是一言難盡，酸臭得很，和什麼東西餿了一樣。希望酒店把各項服務完善，讓大家的假期過得更加完美。

時隔十年，再一次入住Club med
第一次住Club med是在民丹島，G.O熱情，印象深刻。千島湖是國內的選擇的第一家Clubmed，事實證明帶娃度假選擇Clubmed一價全包是最明智的。景色很棒，管家Candy服務到位，升級的豪華房view nice。有問題隨時在線回覆，很棒！房間有個藤製單人沙發坐的特別舒服，我和娃非常愛！
遊玩方面：到的當晚6點多娃玩皮划艇🚣🏻♀️不曬，很適合，她挑戰到了水線位置👍🏻第二天白天玩陸地項目，天太熱，衹玩了碰碰船。懸空蹦蹦床無奈放棄。
8：30我上了瑜伽課，教練Maggie講解細緻，晨間拉伸完一整天特別舒服，聽説冬天她還在北大湖教單板，厲害👍🏻
再説一些不足的插曲吧，預訂千島湖站到度假村的大巴時，跟我説18人坐滿了，預約不上。作為一家豪華型酒店在旺季多加一輛車不為過吧，畢竟要50分鐘的路程哦，好在如願解決。
餐廳味道不錯，下午茶的抹茶🍰和黑森林很好吃，椰汁冰淇淋也清爽口感，但是下午茶和午餐沒有咖啡機，理由是有宜吧可以喝咖啡☕但是吃了四頓飯，飲料衹有西柚汁、菠蘿汁、西瓜汁和橙汁也受不了啊，氣泡水也沒有。So今天午餐時我去宜吧打包了一杯熱美式，服務小姐姐以不能打包壞了規矩為理由，一開始不願意，規矩我理解，但也希望對方靈活變通，畢竟我們馬上也要離開了🤣好在結果是好的！

免費升級的了套房，房間很大，小朋友玩的很多，水上樂園適合1.4以上的，我們1.2基本玩不了，浪費了兩張票；白天實在太熱了，游泳很好，救生衣很負責任，一直看着不放鬆一刻，小朋友也玩的很開心

1、坐接駁車搞笑 我説到clubmed嗎 他説不去 旁邊一女的問到不到地中海 他説到 我問他clubmed不就是地中海嗎？
2、要個被子 要了三個小時
3、水龍頭壞了 倆小時才來換
4、門崗那小哥 怕曬我能理解 不至於站到門對面吧 下車也沒人幫忙拿行李
總體感覺應該是培訓沒做好 不能怪員工
