The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

Throughout my stay, the resort's attentive staff ensured my comfort and well-being. Their warm hospitality and genuine care contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, everyone went the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable stay.

************* get the best view room... and the cheapest price compared to other applications. Amazing breakfast Masha Allah.. It's just that there are a lot of stairs if you stay at Seruni 2🥲 just a suggestion. At least there is a lift directly to the Eiffel Tower... poor legs work hard if you stay at Seruni 2😂 The others are already rated D best... the prices are still reasonable with the facilities wuuuahhhh🥰😍😍

Pesona Alan resort is just next to Tsmsn Safari Bogor. It is in a very good location if one intends to visit Safari. The room was clean, and we requested a change of room due to the initial room assigned to us being blocked by a giant tree. The staff was accommodating to change another room with an unblock mountain view.
