The staff at the reception is nice. The rooms are fairly okay. But no exhaust in bathroom
wi-fi almost nonfunctional
although they charged us for breakfast for two, their kitchen was not working. So they would get some food from a restaurant. Some cold idlis, puris, cold sambhar and ready made tea. It was pathetic. No drinking water in the room.

The hotel is showing its age. But the staff are courteous and respond quickly, the water in the bathroom is hot, the bed is big and comfortable, and the river view from our elite suite was great.
Breakfast was average for this type of accommodation. The highlight was the daily rearrangement of the cutlery.
Cleanliness could be better. TV and internet could be improved. But overall, not bad for a budget hotel.

3/4 stars, very good, close to the beach. But the beach is like that. There are no fruit stalls, supermarkets, etc. around. Walk for half an hour to those piers, cruise casinos. Take a taxi, ( Negotiation) paid 700 rupees to the Church of Mercy. Burst 300 rupees

Stay was good. Room was ok as far as value for money is concerned. Less toileteries provided as compared to other hotels with similar range are concerned. No wifi password was shared. We never asked though. The bucket tumbler and stool provided in bath was dirty and unclean. It was a basic room. Food at the restaurant attached was good. Not so happy with room. Location of hotel is good calm and quiet place.

JJames MonsterMy checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

GGuest UserBig and clean rooms. Had got deluxe room which was without attached balcony but the room was very spacious, organised and well maintained. Bathroom was bit small but was comfortable. Had pleasant stay at the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner options. Restaurant has tie-up with local eatery nearby which i did not try. Restaurant provided breakfast and quite good - they had methi paratha, bread with butter/jam/egg options. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay.

TTraveling TanThe staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.
