"A very tasteful old hotel in an old building, but the interior decoration is very careful, there are a lot of decorative paintings, it is worth appreciating, breakfast is in a room decorated with ceiling paintings, delicious. The room furniture is old-fashioned and the bathroom is very clean and easy to use. We stayed for 3 nights in total. This is a hotel I like more and more. It is recommended to stay and it is great!"

"My husband and I loved this room! It was cute and stylish. When we first checked in, the staff was very welcoming. WIFI was great! The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the bidet and the shower. There was complimentary tea in the room. Breakfast is served from 8am-10 am. The older woman who helped serve was so hospitable, she made a great cappuccino! Even after check out, they were able to hold our luggage for a few hrs while we continued to explore the neighborhood. The Florence S.M train station was not too far (approx. 10 mins). You are expected to pay an additional fee for tax at checkout, which I believe was 24 euros. I would recommend this hotel!"
