went a few days ago for a meal , the place is super cool , the stuff are incredibly nice but the food was not that good (average quality for the price ) stayed there in 2019 for few days the room was good and clean will be back for sure

I booked this hotel for three days using booking service. I felt ok since my booking is in 3stars hotel but the disappointment was in the restaurant which is not matching the pictures in hotel website. I had a diner soon after i checked in. Although the food was good, the lay out, the tables and sitting of the restaurant were very poor and uncomfortable. Room, bathroom are clean and bed also good. Breakfast was ok and rich with very poor coffe making machine. The other good thing in this hotel is the staf, the reception and room service were all friendly and very welcoming. Coming back again? Maybe.

We chided this hotel because it was in the lac and it was near the place where we wanted.

The hotel is very close to a railway station - ideal for reaching the city quickly. The staff is always helpful and premature. Once even the kitchen was kept open for a longer time so the room service could bring me another night dinner to my room.

I liked the location and the staff at this hotel. I disliked the basic rooms, lack of hairdryer, poor amenities and lack of soundproof. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its central location was convenient for accessing city amenities. Check-in was efficient, and payment with a card was accepted. Staff was amazing, very kind and professional, always smiling and ready to help. However, the rooms are basic, lacking soundproofing. I could hear water flowing through pipes, noise from breakfast preparation, and experienced a persistent humming from the ceiling in room 101, possibly from the air conditioning. After relocating to room 401, the lack of noise improved, though bring your earplugs. There is a space under your door and you can hear your neighbors closing doors, walking, breathing. The breakfast selection was minimal, consisting mainly of bread, butter, one egg, kids juice, coffee and milk. On the last night, the elevator was out of order, causing disruptive noise until morning. The lack of amenities and noise disturbances affected the overall quality of my stay. Despite the convenient location, clean rooms, the value for money was questionable.

The location was excellent, right off the main avenue Bourguiba. The room was a decent size and had a balcony and bathroom. There was a breakfast included which was nice, but it’s a more European style (no full English etc). The man on reception was exceptionally nice but the door staff just ignored you. Room was mostly clean except a few hairs on the bedsheets.

Marwan, dorsaf, marwa and mainly Walid the security man made my stay perfect and very beautiful. I enjoyed how great this hotel and facilities are

My stay at this lovely little hotel could not have been better. From the moment I arrived (rather late from the ferry port) Ahmed greeted me with kindness and a professionalism equaled only in the very best of hotels in which I have stayed. The hotel itself is beautifully adorned in an authentic old school arabic manner, very much in keeping with the classical dar in which it is housed. The rooms on the 1st floor are centered around a small but exquisite courtyard where one takes breakfast, or perhaps an afternoon mint tea or arabic coffee in unmatched tranquility. The breakfast provided was filling, varied and tasty. From fruit to pain au chocolate, a fresh omlette and much more you won't leave with an empty stomach. It is a perfect way to begin a long aimless wander through the quiet streets and bustling souks of the Medina. My room was extremely comfortable, and though it faced out onto the street below, there was little or no traffic and though a light sleeper, I woke well rested in a bed that I, frankly, was reluctant to leave. Ahmed greeted me every morning of my stay (a far too short stay) and could always answer my questions and offer advice to make this amazing long weekend even better. I cannot recommend El Patio Courtyard House highly enough. It is a true gem you would be sorry to miss.
