和朋友一起來慈溪訪友，住後交流時感覺也基本一致，酒店新，設施也新，衞生，服務也滿足要求，就是酒店靠馬路，噪音稍大些。雙床的房間還是較大的，床也大。作為中檔的酒店選擇，還是非常值得的。

跟麻麻出去旅行，結果碰到了糟心的酒店……
服務糟心的，衞生糟心，環境也糟心
防盜鏈是壞的，因為房間沒有電話（去到前台跟我説房間裏有個紅色的按鈕，那是電話……我辦入住的時候你告訴我很難麼？那個按鈕比花生米還小。。。），很客氣的去前台請那個小哥哥幫忙找人修一下，心平氣和輕聲細語的説的！結果前台的服務員前後三種説法，就很無語。
第一次跟我説，你來之前都是好的，意思是我故意弄壞了再來請你修？我吃飽了撐的還是閑的無聊？我衹是很客氣的請你修一下，又沒有因此要求你們給我換房更沒有要求升房，也沒有要求你送任何的東西！
第二次跟我説，師傅在寧波，趕到酒店要一個多小時。很斬釘截鐵的告訴我沒有辦法解決。
第三次，迫於無奈，致電攜程客服尋求幫助。結果前台那個小哥哥跟人家攜程客服説那是他們酒店統一拆除的？！我不理解，攜程平台客服也不能理解……
再説早餐，吃飯的時候蒼蠅就在桌子上爬，趕都趕不走！
最後在房間裏不知道是蚊子還是什麼東西咬的……

3 唯一有個缺點是：
房間的圓桌上方沒有燈光，很不方便！我相信入住酒店的很多都是出差商務人士！晚上需要辦公的，

新開不到一年酒店很新，設施智能，睡過頭早餐結束了，前台很貼心還讓廚房燒了麪條送到房間，服務很不錯，離鳴鶴古鎮也近。下次來觀海衞首選萬達美華。
