"The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance. When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved. The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall."

"Construction started at the hotel entrance before 7 AM. I called the front desk and they said there had been similar work a few days ago, but it was starting a bit too early today. I've been staying for two days and they haven't mentioned it once. They've been drilling non-stop for two hours, I'm not kidding. It felt like they were drilling from my left temple to my right temple, and even from the back of my head into my entire body. I couldn't take it anymore and checked out immediately. I had an exam that afternoon, you know? I came to the hotel for a good night's sleep, and this is what they did! I asked if there was any solution, and all they said was "sorry." The room even faces the street, and the construction hasn't been going on for a day or two. It's a four-star hotel, can't they even consider this? Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the hotel manager's compensation plan was an upgrade to a different room or free breakfast on my next stay. I ask you, what normal person would go back to a hotel with such a bad experience? Thanks for transferring me to a live agent."
